Return and Exchange Policy

At 716 Fitness Apparel, we strive to provide you with high-quality workout clothing that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request by emailing our customer service team at Bill@716FitnessApparel.

  2. Wait for approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Ship the item: Place the item in its original packaging and affix the return label provided. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 Business Days, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective, or you received the wrong item.

  • If the item is returned in condition that does not meet our return criteria, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same process as for returns, noting the item you would like in exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Exchanges are shipped free of charge, but the original return shipping fee may still apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Bill@716FitnessApparel.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. International Returns

For customers outside of the United States of America, returns must be shipped at your own expense, and you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times may vary.
